1. You subscribe to a plan and we’ll invite you to your kanban board on Trello where you can add your first task.
2. We start with specifications we get from you and assumptions based off of our many years of experience, adding built-in industry best practices, and iterating on your feedback. We get to work and come up with the design for your tasks, based your requirements.
3. You review and add unlimited revision requests until you are satisfied, as long as you have an active subscription.
4. Mark your task as done, we’ll deliver the files to you and start working on your second task.

The assignment you create by submitting a request for design. It can be: a logo; a website with 2-5 pages; 3-5 app screens; wireframes for your mobile app etc.; depending on the plan you’ve purchased.

Once subscribed to a plan, you can add your tasks to the Trello board and share various documents, links, Google docs, wireframes or anything relevant. Call it a Brief if you will, which we’ll use to create your designs.

Sufficiently detailed to convey what’s expected. The more details about what you are expecting, the better. Don’t worry if you don’t know exactly what you want, and don’t have enough details, share what you have and we’ll use that as a starting point. Use your unlimited revisions to move the task in the desired direction.

Submit as many tasks to your queue as you’d like and all tasks will be delivered one after the other, as long as you are subscribed a plan.

With the Super and Pro plans, we work on one task at a time. You will receive the designs for the first task that you submit, in 48-72 hours. Don’t need further revisions? Just mark your current task as Done and we’ll move on to the next one.

On average 48-72 hours (Monday to Friday) to complete a first iteration/concept on any given task. If there are any subsequent revisions based on your feedback, each revision will be delivered on average in 24-48 hours (Monday to Friday).

During regular work hours Monday to Friday from 9AM to 6PM (EET/Romania). We are actual humans and we’re working totally async on your requests, one-by-one.

The subscription to a plan is 30 days. If you use the service for 15 days and decide to pause, you are left with 15 days of remaining service you can use within 3 months from the start date of the pause. If more than 3 months pass from the date of pause, you will have to purchase another subscription to use the service.

Once the payment for the plan is done you’ll receive an onboarding email. We’ll set up your board and get going the next working day.

Absolutely. You can get one of our Trial Projects so you can try us out first.

For Super and Pro we only use Figma for design and Trello for project management. On Business plans we can accommodate the tools of your choice. Get in touch with us for details.

Don’t worry if it’s not quite right, we’ll continue to revise designs based on your feedback, until you are satisfied. We strive to be as accurate as possible based on your requirements and on the information you share with us.

You can cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us, as outlined in the Terms & Conditions.

We offer a 14 calendar day no-questions-asked refund starting from the date of payment, for all plans. To qualify for a refund you must not start using the service before requesting a refund, this means that you must not add any tasks to the Trello board before requesting a refund. As all of our designs are tailor-made to your requirements and specifications once you add a task a refund will not be possible.
